After having the same problem like you for an endless period of time i sold my abit vp6 with VIA chipset and went for an gigabyte with intel chipset. no more problems, running ME, W2K and XP rockstable. in my humble opinion its at least for me never ever VIA... also i found that the message on the bluescreen need not necessary have anything to do with the cause of the error, for the vp6 board it had only to do with RAM on too optimistic timings.

Hi, the available downloads for the 28.32 Detonators including the Refreshrate Fix work. First i thought they don`t but when i uninstalled the drivers first and then reinstalled the 28.32 incl. the Fix they work just fine (Windows XP in my case)

Hi to all, XP hangs regulary, and after reboot it starts checkdisc, but only after 10 seconds countdown (press any key to stop...). Does any of you know how to let XP start checkdisc without delay, (or maybe after 1 second)? Shakti

Hi, how do i stop after a crash the countdown of W2K (press any key to stop checkdisk 9,8,7,...). I would like it to start after 1 sec. or best directly. Any idea?
