This one states that it is for Win2K and NT http://www2.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads6/6329.html This one just states NT http://www.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads4/1058.html I found these at www.driverguide.com as the site for Winbond doesn't seem to have them (or at least it doesn't make them accessible).
