Dial-up Networking

I have the following problem.When I try to create a new dial-up connection,from Network and dial-up connections-Make new connection,all the options are unmarked.I can only check Dial-up to the Internet,but when I press the Next button,the screen doesn't change.What's the problem?

Run sfc from the command prompt..

 

sfc /scanonce

Reboot..
