Durt 2 Posted November 28, 2000 Just found what will do the trick. I enabled global bandwidth throttling in IIS. I bumped it down to 5 from 1024 kb/s. I am assuming the kb/s is kiloBytes/sec not kilobits/s. The server is running on my cable modem, and I didn't want FTP and HTTP eating into my gaming bandwidth.
