Developer Membership Board which is responsible for reviewing and

approving new Ubuntu developers. He describes the voting process,

Ko Ko Ye writes that the Ubuntu Myanmar LoCo Team was asked to give a

lecture about Ubuntu and a few members of the Team provided two days

of training. Surprisingly the Departments were still running Ubuntu

08.04 in fear that their applications only ran on that version so the

LoCo Team helped to upgrade and fix their applications.
