CarnalNature 0 Posted September 24, 2000 If you are experiencing "Windows Protection Errors" when shutting down WinME and you have a VIA Apollo Pro 133 based motherboard I know what is causeing the problem, NVIDIA's Detnator 3 Drivers. Just install the 5.22 drivers and the problem goes away. These drivers also cause problems with other motherbaords as well, some computers will just display a black screen when shutting down. Currently all 6.xx Dentonator 3 drivers have this bug. Share this post Link to post
