Whistler phone home?

Hey everyone,

 

I've read somewhere (probably alot of people know where) that it is possible that Whister phones MS, and relays information. Anyone have any info on this, or is it just plain untrue? I really respect the posters of this forum, and I thought if anyone would know and be willing to offer advice, it would be you guys.

Yes, according to rumors it call Bill Gates in the middle at the night to say good night Mr.Gates .

Well I guess I really don't care if it does "call home" because there is no way that MS is going to come knocking down my door cause I wanted to see the latest ****.

terrbile humor...it doesn't call home at all, that was just a stupid rumor started by someone...not me for once
