Sparkhard 0 Posted October 24, 2000 When i try to install whistler 2276 i get all kinds of missing files. I tell it to skip these but it ****s up afterwards. It seems to be RMI files and some other ones.. Am i doing something wrong or did i get a bad copy?? Thanks, Sparkhard Share this post Link to post
brainsoft 0 Posted October 25, 2000 It's quite possible you got a bad copy, or it being stratched could have the same effect as well. ------------------ brainsoft, Xi Base & JJR512.com Co-Administrator. marcusb79 0 Posted October 25, 2000 I had a similar problem with my cd's. First check the way your CD Writing software is handling long file names. If the names are allowed to be left default and not shorten, the setup will miss files. It took me 3 cds to get it right. But know the setup runs without any problems. I hope this helps Share this post Link to post
