Lord-Data 0 Posted November 16, 2000 dont install Whistler in C:\WINDOWS and you'll be fine. put it in C:\WINNT like 2k does i guess. Share this post Link to post
Down8 0 Posted November 16, 2000 I would avoid putting it on the same drive/partition as Win9x. The shared 'Program Files' directory will give you problems. As long as 9x is installed first, then Whistler on a different drive, you will not have any problems. If you want to access Whistler from 9x, format it FAT32, not NTFS. -bZj [This message has been edited by Down8 (edited 16 November 2000).] Share this post Link to post

I have the whole beta but its not in ISO format. ------------------ Celeron II 566@875 on a Abit BH6 Rev 1.01, 128 Pc100, Matrox G450 32 DH, SBlive Value, Supra Express 56i ISA, Win98FE Share this post Link to post
