Tony Hawk 2, can ya help?

I can't get Tony Hawk 2 to run in win2k even with the utilities to fool the game it's running in win98.

I'm brand new to Win2K, but man, o man, I sure Miss tony hawk. I saw in the compatablility list it runs, but mine doesn't.

 

Any clues? help? Thanks!
