Micko 0 Posted November 24, 2000 Hey, My friend beta-tests whistler and he has problems with his Athlon-based computer. With basig AGP-driver every direct3d-games just stops responding and there is nothing to do but reboot. If he uses VIAs 4.03e agp-driver everything works, but after couple of hours games starts to crash again like they did before 4.03e. Any suggestions? OpenGL works just fine, only refresrate is locked to 60hz, any fix for that? -Micko Specs, Athlon Thunderbird socket-a 800Mhz, Asus a7v, 192mb sdram, nVidia GeForce GTS 32mb(6.32, 6.47 drivers).
