As the name suggests, it is a full-sized ATX version of the previously launched Pandora, with the same unique styling. It comes in two versions - the full Pandora ATX, with the 2.8" ICON Display in the front, and the Pandora ATX Core version, which doesn't have the ICON. Full details are in the press release below.
