Did anyone ever get MW4 running on Whistler ?

I always get an error message about DX 8 needed to be installed, but it is installed.

no, it don't work because DX8 is a beta within Whistler currently. You could take the chance and use the win2k DX8 final and put that on or wait for beta 2 when they have the final product in.
