news 28 Posted January 24, 2016 After three days of an expo that included a wide range of talks and exhibits, SCALE 14X Sunday wraps up with the following: SARAH SHARP KEYNOTE: Sarah Sharp kicks off SCALE 14X Sunday with her keynote, “Improving Diversity with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,†at 10 a.m., in Ballroom DE. But those efforts sometimes lack a systematic approach. Maslow's hierarchy of needs provides a better approach to improving diversity in a systematic way.
