task bar skin silly questions

Hi,

Can someone please post a screenshot of the taskbar (draged to the right to be vetical)with the start icon on the top right.

I like using the taskbar on the right and I wonder how the skin reacts with this configuration.

Is it also possible to skin the menu background in win explorer for example?.
