News: Radeon RX 480 performance revisited with AMD's 16.7.1 driver

AMD's Radeon RX 480 turned in great performance in our original review, but some sites discovered that the card drew a potentially troublesome amount of power from the PCIe slot. AMD's Radeon Software 16.7.1 update promised to fix this issue. We take a second look at the card to see whether the fix affects performance.
