Image Problems

Help me, I have graphics problems in Swat 3 Elite Edition and Rogue Spear/Urban Ops and Covert Ops.

I have a Voodoo 3 3500 (Last Drivers Released)

Win 2K SP2 (Installed after the problems Appeared)

The Problem only happens in these games all other 3D games run fine.

You can see shots I posted in the Swat 3 Forum here this is the same as the images in Rogue Spear/Urban Ops and Covert Ops.

I hope someone can recommend a solution.
