I do. I'm using the 12.40 drivers and XP version 2465. I'm having no problems.

are you having problems yourself or wondering if people are encountering them?? I dont have a GF 3 (sorry too poor) but i don't expect there to be any problems with them using nvidia w2k drivers or the default drivers in XP.

I'm running 2475 with a GeForce3, 12.20 drivers... no problems, looks great... I would get occasional lockups in games at first, but unchecking "enable write combining" in display properties seems to have fixed it.
