Computer Management PREFERENCES

I use intensively the Computer Management console that is built-in in Windows2K(SP2).... I have found one annoyng thing.... every time I start the Computer Management console the windows that opens doesn't use the size/options entered in the last session.... this thing it's very annoying in fact I have to resize and make my preferred options every time I want to use the Computer Management console.... any suggestions on how to configure (or save preferences) in the Computer Management console???
