Swat 3 in Windows 2000

I am not able to run SWAT 3 in Windows 2000...In one installation of Windows 2000 it gives the message "Swat3.exe has generated erros & will be closed.Please restart the program.An error log is being created". In another installation I get the error message "The Instruction referenced memory at "0xf22bcc49d".The memory at"oxf22bcc49d" could not be read.Press ok to terminate The program.

Press cancel to Debug.please help....

Have you installed all the patches for the Game (Currently at 1.7) It works fine on Win2K for me.
