Is this Counter strike site down or is it just me?

I am getting this message everytime I try to load up this site.

 

Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Too many connections in /var/www/hosts/csskins/index.php on line 5

Could not connect, go bug Digital!

 

Can people try this site and let me know if it happens to them?
