ntfs to fat32

ok, this is probably a silly question, but is there a program out there that will convert an ntfs drive back to fat32 without formatting? If not, what formatting program will do this, as there does seem to be anything on the win2k cd to do this conversion.

partition magic 6 should do it(without loosing your stuff),but didnt work out for me-maby coz it was a compressed partition,who knows
