Frame Rate Checker

Can anyone recommend a good frame rate checker for Windows games running on a Windows 2000 Box?

most games have built in checkers for FPS. I have never heard of a 3rd party program that does this...

I believe that there are quite a few third party programs that can do this. You'll need to search around, but from memory, I think one program you can start with is called Fraps.

fraps that was the name of the one I was looking for,

When I searched on yahoo and excite the only site that came up was now defunct

 

Any other Ideas.?
