Boot Disk

I want to flash my bios.

But my old boot disk doesn't work, so i can't flash it.

 

Is there a way to make a bootable disk with Windows 2000 Pro

 

My mother board is a Soltek 75-KAV for a Duron 800

 

Please... Help

I have just used the Win98 CD to boot up with, and then run my BIOS utility off of a floppy.
