Now I'm having trouble with HL

I've searched here and can't quite find the answer to my problem.

This is a fresh format and clean install of Win2k.

I have a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP with the 1.03 drivers (1.04 on 3dfx site) and HL with patch 1.0.0.6 and HL: OpFor and BS installed. The patch is off the BS CD.

Every time I go to play HL it drops back out to the desktop. No errors or anything.

I also have DirectX 8.0 installed, if that's any help.

This is the first time I've had any problems at all with HL.

Nevermind. It fixed itself.
