Is Rockwell HCF 56kflex PCI Modem Fax work in XP RC1 ?

i have one working fine with windows 2000, so it should work with xp. i dont know if the drivers come with xp, i'm still waiting for my preview CD, but if not, go to http://808hi.com/56k/v92s.htm to get the drivers
