Disable automatic Windows Update

Can anyone tell me how to disable the Windows Update feature?

Every two days it asks me .

For the guys which don´t know:

Open System in Control Panel.

On the Automatic Updates tab, click the option you want:

Download the updates automatically and notify me when they are ready to install
