anyway to share program files and windows folders?

in Win9x, you could share all files on a computer, but now, with WinXP 2505, it will let me share all folders but the windows folder and the program files folder, anyone know how to enable these?

Share the entire drive.

that's what I did, and that didn't work, program files and windows are always inaccessible
