Reinstall IE6? How?

I think my IE6 is corrupt....somehow it won't let me download from any FTP servers. I think CuteFTP incorrectly tried to mesh with it and fouled it up.

 

Is there a quick and easy way to get a fresh install of IE6 without reinstalling XP?

Thanks....I tried that. It reports that a previous change to my system is still waiting to be registered and I need to reboot.

 

My problem is: I installed CuteFTP. Now, everytime I click on a link to a file hosted on a ftp server it launches CuteFTP to download it. I've uninstalled CuteFTP but now IE doesn't do anything when I click on a ftp link...it just sits there.
