CeRbErO 0 Posted July 29, 2001 I have a SBlive value soundcard with 4 speaker output, I have my pc speakers connected to the first output, and my tv to the other, and herein lies my problem. In win2k, i used liveware 3.0 and the surround mixer to configure my soundcard for "Record into minidisk/dat" mode (same signal to both speaker outputs), but liveware doesnt work as it is supposed to in winxp (rc1)... It works fine in the session i install it, but after i rebooted, the sound is only sent to the first speaker output, and i cant start the surround mixer, because then Devldr.exe hangs. If i use windows' function for selecting speaker mode, it configures the output for surround, and not the same signal for both outputs, and thats what i really need.
