pmistry 0 Posted August 1, 2001 This absolutely MAKES NO DAMN SENSE! If I have an .EXE file on the my Desktop D:\Documents.....\Administrator\Desktop , when I double click it won't LOAD. It just clicks and then nothing, it won't work! If I move the file to a different place everything is fine. What gives! Why does Win2k have to be so damn annoying! miku 0 Posted August 2, 2001 Hi, I know this problem. It happened to me also. More on this is that, if you have a gif or jpg file on your desktop, it will take a minute to open, if it is somewhere else it will open immedialtely. This is very strange. I had the window for more than a year so I thought it was very old and therefore something might be corrupt. Couldn't find anything. Sorry. ARC Share this post Link to post
