Windows Media Player Help Problem??

Hello All,

 

I just installed Windows Media Player Version 7

on a pc running W2K. It works fine unit I go

the "help" menu, it hangs the pc.

 

Any clues to why the pc is hanging.

me too, i have exactly the same problem. even before installing 7.1 .

Have you guys installed all the Service Packs? and all the system updates?

Yes, I have also noticed that running CD Direct

also hangs the PC.

 

Looks like a complete reinstall.

I would try to reinstall the whole system again, if the problem persists It's probably hardware prablems!

 

 

That's what I think, I might be wrong.........
