brainsoft 0 Posted August 2, 2001 I want to open two connection between the two computers in my room. Each machine has 2 10mbps cards in it, one card from each is already part of the household domain. I want to increase the transfer speed the 2 comps, but can't find a second 100mbps card, so I'm using a 10/100 and a 10 for the second connection. What I need is to set the comp up to use both cards for transfers, so I get 20mpbs, not 10. I know it can be done, and I've seen help on it for NT4 and linux, but I'm lost as to where to go. I know it can be done with regular modems as well. I'm running Win2k Pro SP2 on one machine, and Win98 SE on the other. Share this post Link to post

brainsoft 0 Posted August 2, 2001 Any advice? I see you're pretty hand with the networking =) Share this post Link to post
clutch 1 Posted August 2, 2001 Unfortunately, I have none with respect to binding NICs. Also, I have never felt that great about the network underpinnings of Win98, so any effort bind multiple cards under that OS would seem questionable at best. BTW, do you really think my hand is pretty? Who told you that? Share this post Link to post
