Shutdown problem with WinXP RC2

When I click SHUTDOWN my system reboots instead!!!!!

Anyone have this problem?

 

Any ways to fix this?

Asus A7V

Athlon 1133MHz

ATI Radeon 32MB DDR

Thats ok. When I click on reboot, my system goes into standby.

it's a problem with some 2000 driver you installed most likely
