Anyone get Panzer General II to work

Has anyone been able to get Panzer General II (a Win95 program) to run under Win2kPro? Not a critical questions; I just found a "new copy" in a bargin bin for $6.99 and couldn't pass it up. Just wondering if it's worth the time loading it. If not, I'll just put in on the shelf with all the other still shrink-wrapped games I've purchased but never run. Guess I just like collecting games.

I managed to get it to work in Windows NT.
