It´s really a pain to clean the cpu then apply a thin, even coating of Arctic Silver II however for the overclockers out there it´s also absolutly necessary. Arctic Silver II ensure the heat transfer from the cpu core to the heatsink. Using Arctic Silver II can improve the heat transfer by a few or more degrees.
