Psion 0 Posted March 14, 2004 After several attempts, I have Mandrake 9.2 working on my laptop. However, while everything appears ok, I have no sound... Spec: Time Traveler AMD 1400 Twister Crystal Sound chipset S3 Savage graphics (ok) 40Gb HDD 312Mb Memory (32Mb shared graphics) I've tried going through the hardware set-up wizard but it doesn't find any sound chipsets. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Share this post Link to post
Dapper Dan 0 Posted March 15, 2004 After doing a little Googleing, I couldn't find anything positive in the way of your sound working with Linux. I did see one post over at LinuxQuestions.org where someone named 2Gnu seemed to report he didn't have any luck either. Sorry I couldn't help more.. Share this post Link to post
