Having a problem with network

Network NT 4.0 server is giving me on the event viewer the following mesg:

 

The browser has forced an election on network\Device\NetBT_NGRPCI1 because a windows NT server (or domain master) browser is started

 

PLease I need some help.

stop the browser service

 

or

 

try to make this pc the most up to date one ( service packs and so)
