Philipp 6 Posted August 24, 2001 Maximum Hardware has posted a new editorial "The Numbers" They say that George W. Bush won the election last fall based on numbers. How true that is, only here in the U.S can a man be elected while losing the popular vote. I can hear my friend Ben (N432PT) screaming "Damn the electoral college!" Everything is based on numbers, no more is this true then in computer hardware. I found, somehow, a French Site that put an Intel P4 1.4GHz against an AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.13Ghz.
