Help, the image preview of "my pictures" folder st

I love the feature of seeing a little preview of all my images instead of the application's icon. I had Corel Draw 8 and everything worked fine. Then I got Corel Draw 10, and after installing it the preview of jpg images are gone, and I can't associate jpg files to Corel Photopaint. Any suggestions?

 

I'm using win2k sp2.
