Media player 7.1 and running it under user account

Hello

 

I can play cds, etc. But, say I go to www.mp3.com and click on a song to play now, windows media player 7.1 just hangs.

 

This is under Windows 2000 Server with sp2

 

I go online as just a "user" account. I know that it would work as power user or admin, but I just want it to work as a user account.

 

Media player 6.4 has no problems.

 

Any help?

 

I've posted in a few other forums, no one seems to know.
