I hate the green start button ..... help me change it

I have looked everywhere on how to change the color of the start button .... any know how to do this ?

 

i want it silver to match my theme ....

 

Also the grouping of webpages in the task bar is driving me nuts how do i stop it ?

go to this address http://www.desktoparchitect.com/ and download desktop architect it will let you change the color of the start button and many other things. It is also a theme manager.

I see no place in Desktop Architect to change the color or graphic of the start button. Could you be more detailed as to how you change it?
