Mooxooh 0 Posted September 8, 2001 Hey, I run WinXP 2600 and it is impossible for me to shut it down. When I hit "Turn Off" or "Restart" it lasts very long until the shutdown screen ("saving your settings" etc.) appears, and after a while the screen freezes (not possible to move the cursor). The only way to shut the machine down now is hitting the reset button.. Before XP I used Win 2000 and never had any problems to shut my pc down. Anyone who experiences similar problems or has some kind of solution ? Have a nice day Share this post Link to post
