Tick Sound????

hi guys,

 

can i eliminate tick sound coming out from my sound card when playing music? (WINAMP/WMP/etc.)

is there any components that may conflict to my sound? in win98 dont have problem at all.

 

in XP all drivers installed are from XP default.
