emthompson 0 Posted September 24, 2001 So when are we going to hear about ATI's driver suport. That is all that I am waiting on. If it is good then I will go with it, if not, Geforce3 time. Share this post Link to post
JP- 0 Posted September 25, 2001 Theres a review on www.tomshardware.com but i think ati driver support will always be less than good Share this post Link to post
Brian Frank 0 Posted September 25, 2001 I think if ATI can improve their drivers, they could smack down the GF3, and maybe compete with the GF3 Ti500. ATI's biggest weakness is drivers, which is a shame too. Share this post Link to post
Ant -|- One 0 Posted September 25, 2001 Please, be fair ! ATI has much improved his driver development since the first Radeon is out. So I can read more and more often almost on every forum. As for me, I'm still, sadly enough, stuck with my R128ProViVo and just crave for a little more speed/fps. As for now, I can still enjoy any game at 1152* res.! I plan to soon install the Radeon64ViVo in order to reach the 1600* res ! Faithful to ATI, I am ! Share this post Link to post
JP- 0 Posted September 25, 2001 Yeah it would be a shame for ATI to waste such nice hardware with poor drivers, COME ON ATI!!! at least it 'should' bring down the price of a gf3 Share this post Link to post
