Downloading more than 2 files @ once in IE

I have looked through "Internet Options" in IE5.5 & under the advanced section, i can't find the option of enabling more than 2 downloads at once in IE.

I am sure there is an option where i can change it.

 

Otherwise, how would i go about changing it in the registry?
