ah ok thanx viper i guess i wasnt exactly clear on that one being that it was 3 or so in the morning and i was dead tired :)but i will add the line and report back. on a side note i did change win32seperation from 2 to 1 and it has no side effects but my outlook and ie seem to load a little faster of course i could be crazy or tired since now ive been all nite anyway with my sick kid

I tried this tweak, and while normal windows programs did seem a bit snappier, it caused noticible stuttering in games that were previously silky smooth (Alice, Max Payne, Mechwarrior 4, etc)

Well, i tried it on 98 and W2k. I already had a a few tweak programs on, but i got to admit, it seems snappier to me
