I tryid over 100 programs and tweakings nothing worked until i dl a program called Geforce tweaker ......it fixed my ping for every game i play online .....u can dl it here : http://www.guru3d.com/geforcetweakutility/index3.shtml

 

Remember to push Fast settnings and ur ping will be fine just like orginal ping should be :]
