Pinnacle Studio PCTV PCI don't work well on Windows XP

Please, someone could help me?

 

I have a Pinnacle Studio PCTV PCI TV Turner and it doesn't work well on Windows XP.

 

What I have for now is, installing the original CD Driver (Version 4.0), and setting the TV Turner on Force Primary I can view TV, but if I move a window or anything the image flicker. Furthermore, I can't Hibernate because XP say me that the PCTV Driver don't let do it.

 

If I install the Updates to 4.01 or 4.02 the system crash and I have to return to the last safe configuratión.
