Palos 0 Posted November 13, 2001 Use Norton Ghost to make an image of your partition, and burn it on CDs. You can restore Windows from those CDs later on... Share this post Link to post

Palos 0 Posted November 16, 2001 And how is that different from what I suggested, olum? Fresh install of W2K with SP2 and all the new drivers, then before you install any apps, Ghost it to CD. Unless you want to open your own software house... Share this post Link to post

twolfson 0 Posted November 18, 2001 Oaydin; I already kney that... Unfortunately I have a laptop, the second HD connects thru a PCMCIA port. I don't think the port will work without the cardservices support and I don't know how to initiate that support without Windows. Currently I'm ghosting partitions to images (under dos) and saving those images on HD#1. Then I load Win2K and copy the images to the PCMCIA HD. Share this post Link to post
